I am a good appraiser. I can tell you that it is worthless...and illegal. There is a special way to get rid of it. You can mail it to me and I will dispose of it at no cost.

You need to get it authenticated by someone like psa/dna. Someone who is recognized throughout the autograph industry. That being said, you can always do something like scan eBay to see if anything similar is selling right now. I have looked up a lot of my stuff on there as well as google searches just to get a ballpark figure.
