I have to add this. I know it is the women's basketball team and not many people respect women's basketball, for one reason or another. But if they win tonight it will be their first out right regular season Big East Championship ever. They were Co-Champs in 2001. The same year the won the National Championship.

As much as Auriemma has been ragging on ND all season, even when they have not played and a question was not asked about ND. He still tried to find was to take digs at them. So a win tonight would be great to rub it back in his face.

Funny thing to me was before the game Geno said if they won they would not hang a banner for being Co-Champs. Well now he doesn't even have to worry about that one.
