It's done for the year (most likely). We have Riddick, Atkinson, Wood, McDaniel, Roberson, and Mahone next year. Only guy we were even recently recruiting was Russell.

RB is done. Ty Isaac is a huge need next year and i would say we are near the top of his list.

I thought Isaac was between either ND or OSU? Those are some cocky UM fans...

Michigan fans seem confident they are in first. Do you know if this is the case?

I have heard Michigan fans say that they are locks for Isaac, Wright, Garnett, Jordan Payton, Brionte Dunn, Jordan Diamond, and have an inside track for Stefon Diggs. They are beyond f*cking delusional. They think because they had a good midwest haul this year + 1 dude from Cali who was intrigued by their utter lack of depth on the OL that they are some unstoppable recruiting force that is going to dominate the nation.

The truth is they don't lead for any of those people, but very well may end up winning the race for Garnett and Wright (mostly because of their lack of depth at those positions).

Depending how serious the tear is i wouldn't see why not. He would probably end up red-shirting anyway.

I thought Armani and Camren said that even if they did decommit they would not consider ND?

Should clarify to say that it is "just" his meniscus and that's relatively easy to repair. It's not like he just had a Willis McGahee style knee blowout.

Updated Ekanem and Stanley. Will update Westerkamp after I hear how his visit goes with Pelini today.

PS. We are destroying Nebraska head-to-head on the recruiting trail right now... expect Pelini to get desperate to keep Westerkamp.

Our coaches have become very good at "poaching" kids from weak schools.

Lax, have you thought about adding Schyler Miles to the list? I'm pretty sure he publicly stated that the Irish are at the top with him...he's just waiting on an offer. If the staff whiffs on Odenigbo and Ekanem and then offer Schyler, there's a good chance he commits. I think at the very least it's worth adding him as a backup plan to our other LB prospects, no?

Yes, I thought about just highlighting his name as part of the Agholor part. But that's a good point, I'll add him as a standalone. I do not think his status will depend on Ekanem or Odenigbo because Schyler would play ILB. I think it more depends on, in general, the total number of slots left open when late January is rolling around.

Updated to add Schyler Miles, and add updates to Marcus Rios who changed his top 5 to eliminate Cal and include Oregon State, and updated McNamara to include his decision schedule.

Irish coaches will be in attendance and all signs currently point to Notre Dame.

ND coaches can't be at the actual announcment.

Im sure they are behind the curtain but, just in case the NCAA is reading this thread, I wanted to let them know that the coaches "can't" be there.

IrishLax,
Thanks for taking the time to put this together! If for no other reason, I like being able to see a snapshot of all these recruits in one place. Appreciate the effort!

I hope Stanley comes on board in the next 11 minutes!
