ND beating an unbeaten Stanford would be bigger for us I assume?

Even though I hate southern cal it has nothing to do with this game. southern cal whipped Notre Dame's butt I grudgingly give them their due but I never respect them. I'm torn here. On one hand, if USC wins our loss to them isn't SO bad. On the other hand, it kills our only chance for an elite win. One thing I know for sure: this validates my thoughts on Stanford. Based on this game, they are not unbeatable, as many on this board have suggested.
