Great story. I'm disgusted by some of the comments on the message board connected to it though.

I hate it when people can't put their hatred of a sports team aside when giving their 2 cents on a story about real life, and in this case about a family's real pain and how they've decided to deal with it.

Declan won't be forgotten and neither will the courage and strength of his family. To try and make something positive come out of something so tragic is remarkable. It's people like this that give me faith.
