Jesus might be making it out. Anonymous sources but Adam Schefter and I are both hearing the same thing.

About time that someone joins me. I have been drinking since this past Saturday.

I've been laying off the liquor since it was a bye week. But I've got a bottle of Tullamore Dew 10 that the wife bought me that is getting drained dry for the game against USC.

USC fans on rivals feel it's more likely that they blow us out then the opposite. They know we r 9 point favorites for a reason right?

This is the same fan base that thinks that Lane Kiffin is a top 10 head coach, so we probably shouldn't take what they say too seriously.

Most don't think that actually. They think he misuses the teams speed a lot.

from @Vatican69 "his holiness regrets that he shall not be in attendance for the ND-USC game as he was not able to score any tix and he didnt want to try and scalp any on gameday"

sounds like the Popes out. :(

Someone has to let him know about the limited number of tickets going on sale this morning.

Its just crazy busy. I got the ND ticket office voice mail 15 seconds before they opened the lines. Still trying.

Wrong. This is a night game. The low for the evening is 41 degrees.

It probably won't get that cold until the overnight hours. It'll start in the low 50's and drop throughout the game.

Now, I'm no meteorologist but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. :)

I for one think this will be a hard fought game and NO blowout by either team. Games like this- stats and records don't mean sh*t....its an all out war!

Completely agree.

Advantages:

QB - USC
RB - ND
WR - ND (right?)
OL - ND
TE - ND
DL - ND
LB - ND (right?)
DB - USC (not sure)
ST - USC

I made this up in like 2 minutes (have class in 5) so I didn't think this through very much so forgive my errors, but I haven't seen a position break down so hopefully this will get one started.

Kiffin said Te'o is better than Arizona State linebacker Vontaze Burfict, who intercepted a pass against USC this season.

"(Te'o is) even better," Kiffin said. "This is probably the best one in the country. He's so physical. They feed off of him. He's a dominant, dominant player."

USC nearly signed both linebackers out of high school before each made late decisions to attend other schools.

As for Floyd, Kiffin said, "He's as good as anyone in the country. He's a great player."

USC recruited Floyd while Kiffin was an assistant coach and Floyd said he wanted to play for the Trojans but eventually changed his mind too.

Anyone going to the game that needs a place to stay right next to the stadium? A member on the site p/m me and asked if i needed a room. The way i understand the deal is she is a grad student and wants to rent her appartment out. (That is right across from the stadium) I already have a room or i would be all over it. P/m me if interested

USC's receiving corps is better than ours.

Imagine if USC had Floyd, Woods, Burfict, and Te'o. Now that would be 4 scary players on 1 team.

Notre Dame Yankee Stadium

Notre Dame Yankee Stadium

Was a first generation Irish kid who lived five blocks from Yankee Stadium during WW11. The big game nationwide was Notre Dame-Army at the Stadium and the excitment of the game spread throughout our Irish neighborhood. My older brother caught the famous 7-7 tie 1946 at the stadium. By then I was age nine and it was not until about age eleven we learned all the ways to sneak into Yankee Stadium. Boy you got it I am all fired up to S. Cal getting their butt whooped.
