Clemson has a freshman QB who's starting to work his way into the Heisman race. I'm not saying I know more about the situation than you, I just can't see any reason he'd want to go there.

I would guess Arkansas and Arizona St. could be logical landing spots. Both have Junior QB's who start, so when he transfers he would sit out next year and then start as a RS SR.
