i hate to be a pessimist, this is my first post since last night, but i hate to say this, but it is safe to say we are going to lose a big time recruit shortly...i just have a bad feeling. uncertainty will start to circle the program should we continue to lose and recruits will naturally leave for greener pastures (SEC)

i really have been floored by this start and am close to a mental breakdown. sorry if i offend anyone, but this is my opinion and as a long time irish fan it just seems that the inevitable will always occur

^oh sorry for the double post, i was just looking of highlights of our recruits and came across it. has it been assumed as to where he would play, ive heard both DB and as slot, or if necessary RB

No worries, it is a fun video to watch.

Fully agree. My immediate thoughts after the last two games were, "I hope nobody gets cold feet." To be honest, I wouldn't blame them if they did, we were supposed to be this 10 win wrecking ball turning heads, and we simply aren't.

yep, it needs to be turned around fast...a win at night against USC (i know it's a long way off) is not gonna be enough to keep them. we need to win now and for the rest of the year!!!! come on guys get it going!!!!

Darby needs to be priority number one. Hopefully the coaches call him and talk about the secondary getting torched and saying, "You could have made that play, and when you get here we need you to do that immediately."

every coach should call/email/whatever we're allowed to do to keep him bought in...weather this storm and finish the year strong and we'll stay in good shape

After watching last nights game, if I were Darby, Shepard or any other DB I would finish my senior year and EE. Immediate playing time is up for grabs!!

True story. Tee and Darby should be watching that game thinking "if I was there, we shut them out and I have multiple interceptions."

I was looking forward to Darby's speed returning punts and KOs next year, but after watching our DBs the past two weeks, he'll be too valuable, but someone besides Goodman should be back there.
Yes, he can hold onto the ball which was a improvement over week 1, but he fair caught like it was going out of style. I paused my tv once and counted 18 yards between him and the closest skunk when he caught the punt.

2nd punt of game...know exactly what you're talking about, our punt return is attrociusly inconsistent.

I would say it's consistently attricious.

Sure. No problem.

But this whiney approach to the season is getting on my nerves.
Not whinney, I just think that MSU is going to cream Notre Dame on Saturday.
Don't really care if Darby likes what he sees or doesn't.
