This is very scary. He used to be the coach of the salukis down here at SIU and he collapsed back in 05 I think after an interview. He was very lucky to be alive he said himself he was 1 out of 10000 that survived the disease he had. Coach Kill is a remarkable man and i hope he's ok. He came to my High School teams mini camp to talk to us the public was invited too and there was no contact with us individually so it wasnt a violation. He said he'd love to have shaken our hands but he couldnt because of that. I hope to God he's ok he's one of the few things thats right about college football these days.
My wife has a history of Grand Mal seizures....put her in a coma 6 months early in her life. Scary stuff and I wish coach well. We were talking about having another baby but that would mean here going off her seizure meds again.... No thanks. We've got two beautiful kids and.....IT'S A BALL GAME!!!
I hope he is doing well now. The last time he had seizures during a game was in 2005 and shortly thereafter he was diagnosed with kidney cancer. Hopefully it hasn't come back.
