Penn State is in the top 5 on both lists. Is he predicting a big season for them?

Out of Phil's Top 15 Offenses in 2011's "Most Improved Points Scored", ND comes in at 11.

That's heartening, given the accuracy of his predictions.

We're not in the Top 15 Defenses for 2011's "Most Improved Points Allowed". I'm guessing our late season dominance pulled up our averages to the point where we're probably not expected to make huge statistical gains.

I think(and have said as much) that our Big 3 of Crist, Floyd and Wood are an underrated group nationally.

Throw in Theo, Tyler and our book ends and I could easily see Dayne throwing 32 TDS this year.

Once I saw Purdue I didnt read any further.

Purdue's got better talent than last season's results would indicate. If Hope's not completely incompetent (big if there), a significant improvement on offense seems inevitable.
