You go on in a later post and basically say, you aren't "happy" with how the investigation is going.

First, this thread by itself is evidence that ND isn't going to be allowed(not saying that they would have tried to begin with) drag its feet until we all forget about it.

Lastly, what have you read that would possess you to be unhappy with how the investigation is going? I haven't heard anything, so please, do tell....

If you have no evidence that ND is doing anything wrong or hindering the investigation in anyway, then you should retract those two comments asap. If not, you risk losing credibility here. Maybe you don't care.
