Had the fastest 40 time of any player tested during Scout's 5 combines (over 1,000 players). The subject of ISD's premium article entitled "ND Offers 'Fastest Player in the Country'".

He plays WR.

He ran a 10.19-100M. And 4.22-40. With no track training. This guy has legit, mind-blowing speed.

We will have to do alot of in home visits to come here and then that might not be enough.

Marvin kind of reminds me of a recruit out of Don Bosco Prep that went to Florida State in the 2005 class: Michael Ray Garvin. One of the fastest players in the entire class, kid could absolutely fly and also ran track at FSU. Had a big interception in a game against either Florida or Miami, but never really caught on as they hoped at CB. Turned into an All-American kick returner though - once he saw a seam he was gone.
