I just started playing online a week ago. I also tried the team builder. I didn't understand how everyone I play was so much faster so I bump the speed to 99, same result! I don't get it.

I do not have an Xbox live account, but I play Ncaa a few times a week. It is lots of fun, much more than Madden IMO.

I love NCAA. I have probably had 4 or 5 dynasties with ND. I am a total loser hahaha

I'm currently in the 2022 season with my Iowa Dynasty...7 National titles on Heisman...I run a crazy power option no huddle out of the multiple playbook.

My 2020 tailback rushed for 2,400 + his senior year...on Heisman. So I can run the ball, pretty much gave up on throwing because I'm having so much fun running my offense!

The only downside is ND's playbook is very vanilla. However, using Oregon is a fun offense to run as ND. That read oPtion can be deadly

I play on PS3 with the Irish of course. Does anyone else have a freezing problem with their game? I get to the game loading screen and just hold my breath because half the time it freezes and the other half I can actually play.
P.S. the intro for ND on this game was so cool! I was not expecting that at all!

We had a few dynasties on here earlier this year. SLCIrish had a good one for a while. It petered out though. I got rid of the game and picked up Halo Reach. I'm looking forward to July for NCAA 2012. The Irish will be sick, and Teo should be a monster! I wonder which QB they'll have starting for us...

If anyone needs rosters let me know!

I take care of all of Luvtotha9s roster distribution for folks who don't have their PS3's connected to the net and have to use usb drives.

Most normally this is the case. Crist should be the preseason favorite, but Rees can game. Tough one for the producers that spend WAY too much time on the SEC teams.

Ain't that the truth
Thats why I don't even start playing my dynasty's until September after Luvtothe9s releases his v1 rosters.

Regarding NCAA QBs. I usually go to whatever qb is the fastest so he can run the option more effectively. NCAA 12 I should have plenty of choices to choose from.

I usually use the best players given, until I can recruit my own players in to fit my system.

I started out at UTEP...GO MINERS...2 solid seasons there got me an Iowa offer...I took the position and took them to new heights, upon being offered the Notre Dame job, I greedily accepted, and when invited to the Big Ten following year 1, I accepted...then following a NC game loss in year two...and kind of feeling too homerish for using ND, I accepted an offer to go back to Iowa...

Wierd thing was, when I went to Dame...3 freshman recruits transferred to follow me...
When I went back to Iowa, 2 ND freshman followed me! I also play against Notre Dame often as we are both now in the Big Ten.

That was pretty neat to me...having the players buy into the coach so much that they follow him anywhere.

It's the 2022 season now...week 6...and my new look Hawkeyes are looking nasty good! I have a DE prospect with decent running back skills, so he actually plays both ways...great blocker in my power option, and he gets a few carries, generally making some big runs...He's got a couple hundred yards rushing and a handful of TDs.

Do you use the schools offense or do you change it up to suit your personnel?

Many times playing NCAA where I have an abundance of receivers, I play with the passing spread, and the next season if I get some stud running backs I switch back to the option.

Many times playing NCAA where I have an abundance of receivers, I play with the passing spread, and the next season if I get some stud running backs I switch back to the option.

As I'm currently using the Multiple playbook...it really fits all personnel situations.

I generally start using the schools offense if the personnel fit the scheme...
I don't EVER do exhibition mode.
It's always Dynasty for me.

I started at UTEP...using the UTEP book...its a single back heavy book. Which fits as UTEP had a nasty good tailback last year who went down to injury. 2 seasons at the one school did not give me much of a chance to reform the team, so I stuck with the UTEP playbook.

Then the Iowa offer came, and I took it. I was much more successful using my defense than my offense at first. I also use a multiple D as I like to use 4-3 and 3-4 both quite heavily. I immediately recruited speed players. I wasn't a top tier school, so I had to settle for alot of 3 stars. But that was fine.

I had a mobile fresh QB and 2 or 3 speed demon receivers, with a decent stable of tailbacks. I ran alot of I form and some shotgun when I wanted to get the QB running alot. It was much more pass heavy. In 2 years Iowa was a top ranked school, and attracted all of the talent. I had my pick, it became too easy playing conventionally.

So I took an offer from Notre Dame, and tried their playbook out. I don't like to use my favorite school in games, so I left after year 2, and lo and behold, Iowa offered me a job again. So I went back there. My recruits had grown a bit...including one NASTY tailback...6-1 221, 99 speed. really a big guy with power skills and speed and agility and acceleration. The perfect back, The best non human created player I've ever seen. He was a 99 overall by the start of his JR year...

So I decided it was time to base my offense around him. Jesse Brant. I was lurking on some forums and saw what they called a "wolfbone" offense. Give it a look. I used that frame of thought and a heavily modified version of that scheme to create my own power option no huddle. Brant somehow was convinced to play his senior year again...score!

2 Heisman's and 2 National Championships with Brant sold me on my offensive scheme, and I recruit specifically for it. I like to have a speed back, and 2 power backs...using a DE as one power back now.

I recruit for the trenches heavily every year...skill positions usually cycle every other year. LB one year, DBs another.

I move alot of guys around too based on my needs and their skills.

One year an OLB another year a DE if they have the size.

I'm absolutely bored...otherwise I'd never write this much

I kept my 2020 draft class too...so I will have Brant on Madden

Recruiting for my system is important, love the big mobile blocking TEs...or mobile OTs will sub in for them in my offense at times.

That was but a brief synopsis of what goes into it
essentially I always come out in the same single play everytime.

I make all of my audibles out of that single play.

My audibles are set up to use the personnel on the field in that ONE play to their fullest ability. There are usable quick audibles out of those audible plays also...An option isn't ALWAYS run, but generally...I'd say 75% of the plays called end up being one of my 3 primary power option plays.

The same personnel is used in a passing attack out of the same play too, It'd be easier for you to just look into the "Wolfbone" and get a general idea of that type of scheme.

It's really unstoppable on any difficulty level...gotta slide or get out of bounds with the QB though! Very fragile on Heisman!

Defense got ALOT harder on Heisman after the last patch...most games end up being shootouts.
