I think it depends on a few factors:
1. Is Harbaugh staying?
2. The NFL labor dispute.
3. Does Luck like being at Stanford?

The Locker/Mays comparison is off the mark in that Luck has two more years of eligibility, so if he stays for 2011 and has a bad year, he still has another year to redeem himself, unlike Locker. BTW, how did staying in school negatively affect P Manning's draft status?

Luck is gone. If he stays in school, scouts will go all Taylor Mays/Jake Locker/INSERT GUY WHO FELL FOUR ROUNDS FOR COMING BACK INSTEAD OF CASHING IN ON THE HYPE FOR A MUCH BIGGER AND LONGER PAYDDAY/ and find every single possible flaw.

Here's my question:

If the lockout starts after the draft do the players drafted adhere to the old C.B.A or the new one, when/if it is agreed upon? If they adhere to the old one I think more players would go than stay so they can get their hand into that last big payday for unproven rookies.

Something I would think about before I made a decision, unfortunately I'm not sure this can be answered yet.

What I do like is Kelly's attitude and commitment to 'recruit' both Floyd and Rudy back. If Coach is as good as a recruiter as reported and how the '11 class is looking, I would have to say the Irish have at least a good 80% or better chance at getting 'em both back.

As expected, the WR list is highly competitive. I hope this news + Jones + Blackmon + Baldwin = Floyd returns to ND. It is hard to say how they will rate out at this time, but one of these guys could drop to the low second or third round.
