Coach Kelly says in this Interview , that he was confident that when he took te ND job that they would bring the program back . Now he knows they will.

This kind of confidence in a coach gives me a hungry grin.

UTEP to begin with. Then the Sun Bowl Association. Apparently, lots of free parking, just not anymore "close in proximity" parking or tailgating passes left. Only Handicap and RV parking...
