Just read up on him. Long arms and very athletic prospect. He sounds like a great fit for a spread offense.

I think he's Bama bound but it wont hurt to drop in and see what the coaches can do. Bama just visited him this week and he looks to return the favor in the near future.

We need more OL prospects in this class. Frankly I don't care if it's this guy, Martin, or Niklas, be we need another body.

According to ISD, he is really excited about ND coming to see him.

His father called it such an honor that they are interested in him and he said it's not too late in the process for ND to enter into the picture.

Great news, sign him up. He's the highest rated OL we still have on the board, and if we get him and Niklas, all the better.

Jack makes me an ornery person. I may headbut a small child if I drink that during the work week. I drink gin and tonics on the weekend. A good Malbec (Argentinean red wine) during the week. Don't hate my man. I get after it on a Friday and Saturday. If I need to wake up at 7 am, it's a wine night.

Hey now - Terry is just abetting his good health with wine consumption. Lots of research out there indicating that moderate alcohol consumption is associated with a lower risk of atherosclerosis.

When the data from 51 epidemiological studies were combined, they showed that the risk of coronary heart disease decreased by approximately 20% when 0 to 2 alcoholic drinks were consumed per day. Apparently healthy adults, patients with a history of heart attack, and patients with diabetes all appeared to benefit. Results from the large Health Professionals Follow-Up Study, a study in which 38,077 male health professionals who were free of cardiovascular disease were observed for 12 years, suggested that drinking 1 to 2 drinks per day, 3 to 4 days per week decreased the risk of having a heart attack by as much as 32%. The formation of an occluding blood clot in an artery that supplies part of the brain can lead to stroke. Light to moderate alcohol consumption was found to be associated with an approximately 20% reduction in the risk for ischemic stroke and may even be beneficial in preventing subsequent strokes.

And the case for red wine:
The Copenhagen City Heart Study, in which 13,285 men and women were observed for 12 years. The results from this study suggested that patients who drank wine had half the risk of dying from coronary heart disease or stroke as those who never drank wine. Those who drank beer and spirits did not experience this advantage. The additional benefit of red wine is supported further by an analysis of 13 studies involving 209,418 participants. This analysis showed a 32% risk reduction of atherosclerotic disease with red wine intake, which was greater than the 22% risk reduction for beer consumption.

Notably, other studies have not reproduced the advantage by red wine, leading some to wonder if cofounding variables have played a role.

Circulation. 2005;111:e10-e11

Oh, and one small study suggested it's the Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by Pinot Noir that have the greatest effect on raising your HDL.

It should also be noted none of the above constitutes medical advice. No college/medical society has come out with recommendations to begin drinking wine; these are only correlation studies that have been done.

Excellent. I do happen to have a small collection of wine, seeing as we've all peeled off of the scary, macho image and have appealed to each other's metrosexual side.

My wife actually got a credit for her "Wine Appreciation" class where she got to go and get free booze once a week during her senior year. I was student teaching, she was double fisting YellowTail.

Also, Malbec is, honestly, the best wine you can have when smoking any sort of Cigar. It's nice and smooth, slightly subtle, and compliments the nice, earthy taste of various cigar leaves.

Speaking of which... cigars. I happen to like Dominican cigars. "Cuervo"... Holy hell that's a good smoke.

After reading the ISD story, they've got to offer this kid. Give him an offer and we'll get a visit, in which I think we can land him.

Try a Monti Cristo.
If you have the money try Opus One, it does not technically have a label but the Opus One is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon. You can get a 2007 Bordeaux Red for $160. It's one of the top wines in the world. If you decide to indulge one night ahead of time this is the stuff. I've got 5 bottles on the wine rack in the Loft right now and I don't really like wine. My man JD got me on it. Give it a try or if your in NYC I will just send a bottle over to your place with a fat cuban cigar. Unwind in style TT.

I dig your style. I think we would get along quite nicely. That might be a good bday or christmas gift.

If I were still working in NYC, I would give you a call. I will heed your advice and check this stuff out.

I like to work hard and relax in style when I have the chance. Gotta get back to the studio for a session but definitely check it out.

Being in Indiana... I'm partial to discounted Oliver wines. Extremely good taste for a cheap price.
