Rumor:Crist leaving to D2 school

A coaching buddy of mine is good friends with Crist high school coach and he heard Crist is leaving....

My opinion for his leaving is he knows that Kelly is gonna go with Hendrix next season...
And if Kelly ends up getting Golson they will battle for the starting spot...

If its true i dont agree with it but i can see why he would, he most likely will be passed on the depth chart by 2 or so quarterbacks by the spring. Maybe he just wants a fresh start some where else. But like i said i doubt this is true

If he's leaving, it's because the spread doesn't suit his playing style. It's most likely because he's looking for a pro-style offense with only 2 years of eligibility left. One year in D2 and another year at the D1 level.

I have not seen this mentioned on any other website

Very true, but anymore you never know what people hear.....this could have some truth to it but also i take most of what i hear on this site with a grain of salt
