With his Speed, his nose for the ball, and his ability to tackle in space are we thinking perhaps strong safety?

I would love to see him in coverage. The tape doesn't show much of it.

This kid is a football player.

This kid is a football player.

He really gets after it. I would love to see him get an offer.

He should get another offer then, I think that is what JD was alluding to. Two offers are better than one.

He will get an offer and become an ND commit. He is reallly close to Rabasa and would like to play with him in college.

Perryman seems similar to Vaughters. I would love to see him in a ND uniform. I hope the academics aren't an issue.

I'm in the camp of getting more speedy and small backers. Hopefully we get this guy, and keep him in the LB corps.

I guess I'm a little confused does he or does he not have a current valid offer?

He was originally a Weis offer. Both sides sort of cooled on each other, but with Rabassa committing here it got us back in the game. And from what I heard he got an offer or a the offer is still on the table from this staff this past weekend. I could be wrong, but that's what I've heard/read about him.

From what i have been told one of Anthony concern's were why the haven't offered his best friend Denzel Perryman. And from everything i have read he has a Notre Dame offer.

He's being recruited as an OLB/S (6'0 220 lbs)

His parents have hired him a tutor so that he can qualify and he's taking an official visit to ND. His best friend Rabasa is selling him on the program everyday and he seems genuinely interested.

Awesome to hear. I think he could be a killer safety. He hits really hard. This situation is a bit like the one with Davaris. RKG

It helps that Miami is falling apart. Their recruiting class is very unstable at this point and whispers about R. Shannon's future with the program continue to swirl. Their inabilities on and off the field may drop Perryman right in our lap.

Heard the exact opposite on Rivals. The is little interest on NDs part. He no longer plans to visit. Who knows what the deal is now

I was over at DD and a similar discussion was had over there. A poster called IrishFan33 said Anthony Rabasa and Perryman WILL be at the banquet in two weeks. Anthony was at his shop earlier tonight and he asked him himself. Also previously stated the idea of switching to safety was brought up between Diaco and Perryman. This poster has been correct on everything about Rabasa and Perryman prior to coverage by any other source. Personally knows both, Rabasa very well. Regardless take it FWIW

I heard the banquet was pushed back until after the bowl game.
