Maybe, but Luck isn't very impressive at all. Midrange stuff is ok, but his deep throws are all underthrown. He doesn't seem to have much command of the team or the clock, really. He's just another guy really. I don't get who is touting him for Heisman, but whoever it is, they are WAY off base.
