I'll be watching him live in a couple of weeks and will keep the board posted. He looks like a different kid with the 30 pounds he put on in training. He will be a beast. He is a pretty darn good O-lineman as his mobility is quite good. He will be much quicker off the corner on D as well. He has been working on his quickness as well.
Very glad he is Irish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quicker with the added 30 pounds?
I look forward to your report.
Update on Tony. He did not play this weeks opener due to getting his bell rung earlier this week. He will play next week.
Listed at 6'7" and 268. He is much bigger.
It sounds like he will grow into an OT. DEs that tall aren't the norm.
Hey FWIRISH, I just moved to Fort Wayne for medical school. Any suggestions for good places to watch games?
Bishop Dwenger.
I'm from Fort Wayne also....
Dwenger has the best team overall, plus they have Tony Springman and Remound Wright.
Dwenger is also the school Goodman and Eifert went to. They generally have the best talent in FW.
Long time reader, 1st time poster, but had to ask on this subject. What is up with Snider this year? Are they simply missing Isaacs? I didn't expect Luers to roll like that last night. I was at the CC/Warsaw game and couldn't believe when I heard the Luers score.

Springmann, who is projected as a defense end for the Irish, suffered a concussion Tuesday at practice.
Springmann told The Journal Gazette High school sports editor Greg Jones that he was feeling dizzy and had lots of headaches after the concussion.
But the 6-foot-6, 257-pounder said the symptoms have nearly disappeared, and he should be able to practice again in about a week.
...
Came into his HS Camp at 6-foot-7 1/8 and 271 pounds. Putting on the muscle this summer.
This was according to Rivals.
Yeah, quoting myself. Deal with it
Lawrence North is a middling to lower tier program in 5A (biggest class in Indiana). They play in the best conference in the state in the MIC, which boasts top teams like Warren Central, Carmel, Center Grove, and Ben Davis.
They've been alright in the past and do have some good talent, but as a team I wouldn't expect them to go anymore than 2-8 this year. IMO, the game says more about how bad LN is than how good Trinity is.
