Why did he get a offer yet Flavin, Wright and Showers don't have one?

Yes, Flavin is a OT. There's obviously something they like about this kid. Wright is projected as a RB so far, but he does have experience at corner. Showers and Dixon are basically the same size, so maybe the coaches saw something on film. Hopefully they used better film than the one on ESPN.

Hmmmmmm, could it be that this is a position of need both in this class and overall whereas OT is going very well and RB isn't really a need at all. Showers is a DB too and Irish Illustrated has an offer from Florida listed on him, maybe it just simply comes down to grades. I'm sure it would be good for the Irish if some kids from Alabama could see one of their own playing on TV every week as well.

I think this guy's name just moved up the board big time. Scout has him at 6 ft and he's physical

Could play safety or CB much like Hardy and Farley

I expect the DB recruiting to heat up.

Man I hope so most postion of need right now.

We are paper thin at DB now, but without even coaching a game at ND, I have confidence BK will take care of it. He *gets* the college game, unlike Weis. That said, this kid has pretty good numbers, worth keeping an eye on.
