Media is only allowed to watch Wednesday practice, but they cannot report on it.

The dates are all we'll know about the team until September 4th.

I believe Charlie started practice on September 7th back in 2007. That would explain a lot of what happened that season.

ND 56 - Purdue 35

Can this offense score 8 TD's midway through the 2nd qtr and hype everyone up?

Or was is a nightmare?

I'd be more concerned at about the 5 TD's we gave up by that point...

If ND had given up 35 points by halftime to Purdue, then we are in for a long season.

Nightmare!

That works out to a minimum of 13 possessions in 22 minutes. BOTH teams would be averaging 1.7 minutes/possession. So much for the 2 minute drill.

1.7 minutes/possession isn't just a track meet, that's frequent INTs being returned for TDs and/or kickoffs being fumbled and recovered in the endzone - for both sides.

56-0 in 22 minutes would still need lightning like scores from Defense/Special Teams and/or multiple short field situations.

Not sure. I think Kelly said he will not release a depth chart, but practice reports will tell who is lining up where and with what string.
