Just ran into this on a USC board. It's about Kiffin's 'incredible' class that he pulled in his one year at Tennessee:

Of Kiffin's 22 signees, six of the top twelve are either not with the team or are on indefinite suspension. Ed Orgeron's infamous "We're not angels, and we're not going to recruit angels" quote was quite right."

Damn! He got a lot of credit for that class, and it was loaded, but look at how they turned out. I don't think Pat Haden is going to be down with these types of kids at USC. Something is going to have to give, and it ain't gonna be Haden, that's for sure...

I will personally believe Pat Haden will be some angelic AD when I see it... it would not suprise me one bit to see Haden simply be Garrett lite over the next five years or so...

One thing he had put in these kids heads is the team is your family. They had about three families in this class.

1. Those who will transfer.
2. Those who are involved in robbing or shoplifting.
3. Those who are involved in bar fights.
