But didn't he mention something about the lack of stability at Mich? I'm really hoping it's ND.

Quotes from May 18th Scout article

“Honestly, a few of those school I’m growing apart from,” Hayes said. “I really haven’t said this to anybody, but Michigan – their program isn’t going too well right now. They’re not stable.”

“I don’t think I can put myself in that situation,” Hayes added of Michigan. “It’s like jumping onto a sinking ship. I don’t want to put myself in that position.”

Granted that was over two months ago. But it seems a stretch that he would commit to Michigan at this point.

It looks like all indications are to him to being blue and gold.

Granted that was over two months ago. But it seems a stretch that he would commit to Michigan at this point.

Here's his latest quote on Michigan:

Michigan was successful in convincing Hayes to take an impromptu visit to Ann Arbor just a few days after he returned from Notre Dame. It was running backs coach Fred Jackson's last chance to describe to Hayes his vision for the talented prospect should he decide to don the winged helmet.

"It was nice," said Hayes of his most recent trip to Michigan. "We talked quite a bit. We went to the stadium and looked at the new renovations. Went to the press box, talked some more, and then came back. We got a chance to talk about some deep things. He made me realize that I would fit in there with him and I was feeling good about it."

But yes, all signs point to him being Irish. Steve Wiltfong has said as such for almost 2 weeks, and he's usually right about these things. He also feels great about Lynch.

Even my source said Lynch is most likely headed toward ND. I can't wait for (hopefully) good news!

II is doing a live chat for the announcement. No video from the event as far as I know. I'll let you know as soon as I get it.
