Oregon QB Masoli Suspended for '10 Season

This is a HUGE blow to Oregon. USC fans are already celebrating their Pac 10 championship, and they just might be right. Masoli is simply the best zone-read QB in the nation - nobody runs it like he does - and without him they simply aren't the same. They had to play with their backup against UCLA last year and their offense looked anemic. They brought Masoli back for SC and they kicked the living daylights out of SC. He is beyond important to their offense.

Masoli came to Oregon with a ton of baggage, and despite having a legitimate chance at a NC, he still couldn't keep his nose clean. He not only let down his family, his teammates and his coaches, he let down the whole city because they are in serious meltdown right now. And all this because of a friggin' laptop???? Wow.

How do these kids with so much potential let it all go for these crimes? It happens year after year. At least OJ waited until he was a matured thug.

If they are still in the hunt at the end of the season, he'll be re-instated for his "Good Behavior".

geez....whats going on over at ORE? looks like they got some USC recruits over there, how did PTC miss those guys?

Blount shouldn't have been suspended for that long anyways. Masoli deserves this. I'm upset that he would be that stupid. I really liked him and the Ducks. I still won't declare USC to be the Pac-10 champs though. Oregon State is still hanging around, and Jake Locker came back to Washington.

Oregon is just getting caught up in everything now. What is Kelly doing up there? Sounds like the Pac- 10 power is shifting
