Hopefully, the Irish can avenge the 12 pt. loss from 2 months ago @ UConn, which would then keep their chances of going to the 'big dance" within the realm of possibility!

This game is critical for both squads on many fronts. A fourth win over an RPI top 50 team would be huge in terms of getting an at large selection. ND can also keep its position within the top 8 in the Big East, guaranteeing a first round bye in the Big East tournament.

This is a MUST win. Matter of fact I think we need to win vs Uconn then win vs Marquette and at least 1 win in the Big East tourney to get a spot in the dance. Unfortunately our luck runs out tonight I think. Uconn beats us by 10 points at least. They are a cornered animal right now and this is when they are most dangerous.
