Was he seriously considering New Mexico? If so, does any one know why? Does he have a connection or an older brother there, because I know about his little brother

Actually New Mexico has turned their facilities into state of the art everything. I saw something on ESPN about it and they got a pretty good staff now.
Their Head Coach Mike Locksley has a reputation as an agressive recruiter. Among other stops in his career he coached at Navy and Army. He was also the Recruiting Coordinator for Maryand, Florida, and Illinois. He's recruited across the country with success and had coached quite a few positions. He recruited Arrelious Benn to Illinois and this year he's gotten some prime talent to take a look at New Mexico.
