It's been so much fun watching the SC boards in full-fledged meltdown mode (as opposed to our boards for a change LOL).

Some people LOVE Riley, others are swearing that they'll never support SC again if they hire him. Once an asst coacg at SC, he's considered the top candidate. OSU fans swear he won't leave, FWIW.

I'd love to see Jack del Steroid there. If he was their coach, guys biceps might literally explode from the juice they are already on plus the juice del Steroid will give them.

I've heard Mike Leach's name out there, but that will never happen because of his offense and because he beats to a different drum and that won't cut it at SC. Plus he locks guys in sheds.

Harbaugh is a great coach but is hated by SC, he hates SC, and he has eyes for the NFL himself. Doubt that one seriously.

One name not mentioned on BGIF's list is Jeff Fisher, whom many SC fans are clamoring for. Not sure how plausible that is, but his name is being thrown out there...

Saban's name isn't even being thrown out there at this time. I seriously don't see that happening. He has everything he needs right there in Bama.

One more thing that hasn't been mentioned...if you're a potential coach with a big name, do you take the job with the uncertainty about possible sanctions coming down on the program? Something to think about...

Jeff Fisher is a God, a freaking GOD, in Tennessee. He has full control of that team, and he's got 60 million reasons why he won't be leaving for the next two years.

Probably a smart move on Carroll's part to lock in this new coaching job before the NCAA investigations come to fruition. Isn't Bush testifying soon? OJ Mayo issues? McKnight's Land Rover? NCAA will have to place sanctions on the USC athletic programs. Hopefully ND can capitalize on this mayhem and snag some of their recruits.

Which SC bords are you checking out? i have looked for a few but dont find much.
