I tend to agree...The triple option (when ran well) CAN force a defense to over commit, opening themselves to get burn thru the air. If they dont over commit, you run the ball down their throats. Precise execution can overcome superior talent. As always, you need the players to be able to execute, the triple option requires quick, precise blocking combined with the RB/QB hitting the holes with the proper timing. The triple option can be a thing of beauty if ran properly, it may not be all that great to watch, but if your a lineman, offense or defense, you like the triple option.
