Correction, not broadcasting, but a studio analyst. As if those of us who can't stand USC and everything it represents can't get enough of Pete Carroll, now we have to be subjected to him on Jan 7th as well as he will be a studio analyst for the game.

I do give Pete Carroll props for that touching story about Jake Olson, as this story touched anyone who has kids and loves the good things that come from sports and athletes.

Good i'm glad i'm not the only one who thought this too. It seemed a little too much and over dramatic when he was doing post game interviews with his arm around the kid.

He'll need all the good will he can muster in a few months, what goes around comes around, I just hope I dont get slimmed watching the game in my living room from the poodle doing his commentary/analysis.
