I just figured I would post a thread welcoming Brian Kelly as the new head football coach of Notre Dame. Im glad to have you, and I think others are on here as well. The transition from coach to coach has been hard, as I very much liked Coach Weis and what he stood for. I think you stand for many of those same values from your post hiring interviews, and I believe you can push our team over the top.

Many questions have already been asked about you and what you can do at Notre Dame. Your defensive planning and recruiting skill will be answered soon enough, and I hope you prove all of your doubters wrong. One thing I cannot question and no other person should question is this one fact: Your a winner. Whatever programs you have coached at, you have won. Win big here, and you will be recognized as another iconic college football coach.

Welcome to the Notre Dame family Coach Kelly. Good luck with all of the work that is ahead of you. Wake up the echos!
