I love Mike, in my eyes he is the best receiver on the team and his comeback was valiant. However I couldnt help but wonder if he doesnt get twisted around on the first play of the drive that resulted in a safety, and makes that catch at mid field...........

Floyd is about the last person to blame for anything.

I honestly think he agitated his injury. The lack of effort on that last pass to him looked like it was painful for him to raise his arms.

Same. Looked like he did on the pass interference call late in the 4th. Granted he caught a touchdown a couple plays later, but he got up pretty slow.

Did it seem like their CB was all over him on any longer pass or TD pass? Or was that just me?

Slow start in this game partly because Jimmy was looking too often to Mike. I love mike too but Tate is the man this year. Tate is our playmaker right now.

Can you really aggravate a broken collarbone? I certainly dont think he re-broke it or he wouldnt have been able to lift his arms at all. Maybe it was just a little sore?

I think the fact he has missed five or so weeks of playing attributed to him being a little tired towards the end of the game. As everyone knows, there is a difference between being in shape and being in game shape.

I do feel that they play calling was focused to much of Micheal and when Tate got the ball he made plays. I think that Tate is still our go to reciever, and will be for the rest of the year.
Also for anyone at the game, Golden's body language was bad, he looked super ticked that he wasnt getting any passes!

I think it was sore after he landed on it. He looked pretty sharp prior to that. After the fall he definitely seemed off. That last drop was not a ball he would normally drop.

*sigh.....

Seriously why wouldn't he? Losing 0-14 in the 1st half & you're not even getting a look after you've been the goto guy for the past 5-6 games? What would you expect after 4 trips to the RZ with nothing to show for it but a big fat doughnut & you're not being involved? I would expect some disappointment. He wasn't throwing fits or yelling at anybody & I think in a situation like that a little disappointment is gonna unintentionally show through. Was he supposed to run around & jump for joy?

I can tell you after all the scrutiny of Tate over the past week I really paid extra attention to his actions yesterday & I saw absolutely nothing that said "ego" or "look at me!". No celebrations whatsoever. No flexing, no nothing. Only players I saw celebrating anything was on the defense the few times they managed to tackle for a loss & yet I don't hear anyone making a big deal about that.

We got behind too quickly yesterday. Weis was trying to get Michael the ball too much in the first half.

The second half comes around, they get the ball to Tate, and their offense kicks into gear and starts moving consistently down the field.

Just one of the many things Weis has done that frustrates me.

I just hope the offense doesn't turn on the defense. As many mistakes the O made yesterday the D was just pushed around and got outplayed. Our O didn't get outplayed they just made key mistakes (fums and ints, missed FG's) at the wrong time. I thought Floyd make the same cacthes that Kamara has been making recently. He also dropped about 4 passes that hit his hands that would have been difference makers. HE is still great and you can't put this on him of course but this sort of shit happened to several of our players today. Plus it's time to start Riddick and make him our third legit threat. Hughes is a FB and just more of a utility back who is too slow bottom line. Speed kills and CW needs to learn this.

Is it me or was there holding or pass interference every time Tate and Floyd missed catchable balls. Very Rediculous officiating this year. Its like every game I watch the officials don't care enough to make the right calls. Even on other games across the nation.
