Oh my God......that was just balls on that play. Tate is a f'ing man!!! Man.....he is playing his way up into the upper levels of the draft. Hope he stays.

Seriously, this guy is a beast. I can't wait until Tate and Floyd are out there. They need to comeback because this has a chance to be the best offense Notre Dame has ever seen.

I love Clausen, but Tate deserves the Heisman, he is just a man among boys, week in week out,

i hope they all stay. we could be smelling a NC next season for sure. just as long as our defense improves.

i dunno, that's a tough one to argue cuz the only way tate makes that catch is clausen making the throw. now i realize too that tate makes plays in other ways. but to me, clausen deserves the heisman. he brings more than just skill....he's a true leader.

he'd give up the heisman for a teammate i bet. and that in and of itself deserves it.

Think of the possibilities. Heisman winner Clausen at QB. Two Heisman contenders at wide receiver. Armando Allen and Robert Hughes running the two back system. Kyle Rudolph, Shaq Evans, and Duval Kamara as the other targets. I'm drooling.

Man.....if Floyd doesn't get hurt (vs Michigan) we would've had an extremely realistic shot at being undefeated. That's even including a defense that has not played up to par this season. If they all come back, the Irish should be right there in the mix next yr.
