What will make you happy today after all that has happened so far this year?

I think it would be a great day and well deserved for all Notre Dame fans if we can start this half of the season like it is fresh and create a nice halftime lead and FINISH it in the second half with a comfortable 2 score win.

This is a new half of the season, please no more final second, final play games. It is exciting, but lets stop letting people push us around in the house that Rockne built. A big win here will let us and the rest of the country know we are for real, and shows what kind of character this team has after a heartbreaking loss to our biggest rival.

What are you looking for today in this Notre Dame team?

I'd like to see a win first and foremost. I'd also like to see:

1) One of the young receivers (ie. D. Walker, Shaq, Goodman) step up with a big game.
2) The D-Line have a dominating performance with a couple of sacks on non-blitz packages.
3) The secondary play like we all expected them to at the beginning of the season.

Is that too much to ask for???

I want to see a huge win and a lot of rushing yards from AA and Hughes! A nice lead going into the final quarter would be great so I don't have to pop antacids! I think this is the game we get a TD from the special teams and a fumble recovery for a TD by Manti.

Either Urban Meyer's "Niki" in some scandal involving a sex tape or a nude USC cheerleader...

Or possibly Mark May vs. Lyoto Machida. Or he could fight Dan Henderson, that would work too.

I actually am quite fulfilled with the win over BC. A win is a win. The difference in winning and losing a game is huge. Sure, Harrison blew pass coverage for a TD. But he made some big contributions to stopping the run. I also think he was involved with one of the tip drill picks. I can't remember and don't care to rewind the game on DVR. In fact, I think I already deleted it.

Teo was a "Teosaurus Rex" or whatever the previous reference called him. He played well and his development makes me wish a Catholic schoolgirl would seduce him to remaining in South Bend.

Bryan Smith got boned by the delay of game penalty. I thought the ref was a hater until he righted the wrong our line judge made on the late hit by BC's Morrison. Later, Smith secured our game winner.

It seemed watching TV and not seeing the field, we were more or less in a cover 2 zone and a cover 2 man look often with blitz packages in each creating a few holes in our pass coverage. I couldn't see the secondary often enough, but that leaves natural gaps in the realm of where Gunnel's little bitch ass kept catching those big plays. Approximately 10-15 yards deep in the center of the field with two other deep routes on the outsides. A cover four zone look would have shut them down but provided too much time for the BC quarterback.

This also brings me to my last "What do YOU want to see today?" answer. Jimmy in another dimension of quantum physics, in which he delivers a Blount-style blow to Gunnel's loose jaw... That being said and string-theory being a legit stance, I suppose I did.
