Nope. What OJ has done, years and years after his days at USC, have no relevance. Perhaps a sign with Paul Hornung's smiling "Golden Boy" mug complete with his "We can't stay as strict as we are as far as the academic structure is concerned because we've got to get the black athletes. We must get the black athletes if we're going to compete." quote.
Oh! The irony! "Out damned spot!"
All I ask, all I expect is a little class.
I'll take an alum who made a racist comment over an alum who is a murderer any day.

God I hate USC. Some teams I respect and only hate during the week in which we play them. USC is just a team I cannot stand. I hate their band's songs. I can't stand Pete Carroll.
I do like their cheerleaders though. I hope while we're whipping their tales tomorrow, they show one of those bimbos without knickers on, with some shamrock tattoo just adjacent to her mocha spokes...

My point: Don't be so damned giddy over the exploitation of bullshit, asshole actions or comments by former members of either team. Take the fabled high road. "Judge not lest ye be judged" and all that shit. Hell, using Hornung's rationale and road map, OJ might well have been an ND alum.
Karma and her evil twin Payback can be real bitches.
I'm not giddy about it. I just think its funny that there's going to be OJ signs every year regardless of how long ago the whole OJ fiasco was. I can guarantee in two years when USC comes back there will be just as many OJ signs, and in four years, and in six years, etc. Also its funny that they showed the OJ sign. I mean I'm sure there were dozens of signs and UND.com chose that one to show in their short clip of the fans booing lol
I'm not really sure how an OJ sign is unsporting-like conduct. I think its hilarious. I can guarantee you that other kids that go to school there (U$uC) also have similar fates. The school has nothing to do with education in their athletic programs. It has become, more or less, a college for athletes to use as a stepping stone. They have no class or school spirit in comparison to Notre Dame athletes. And tomorrow, they'll lose and wish they would have opted for Notre Dame, at least the few who were actually considered worthy of interest by our recruiters, also given they had some aptitude; more or less a GPA high enough to come to school at ND.
