The Heisman trophy has truly become an f-ing joke over the past decade. It is a damn popularity contest, and it takes away from the accomplishments of past winners. If they give Tebow a 2nd Heisman trophy this year, it will completely diminsh the achievement of Archie Griffin who EARNED the right to two trophies back in his day, during a time when winning the Heisman really meant something. No one should win this thing twice, but Griffin did, and that meant something....it meant something huge. But now, Tebow is going to get a second trophy handed to him like its a friggin "most improved player" award on a JV squad, just because he is America's darling. What a load of crap!
JC is the real deal. In two years when we compare his starting NFL contract with that of Tebow, everyone will finally understand this.
