one player doesnt matter if the other 3 suck, plus didnt he graduate?
Donovan Warren is a junior this season. You're thinking of Morgan Trent.
This is how I see it. Tate Forcier is
going to make mistakes. Here's why. Think for a second:
- This will be Tate Forcier's first big game.
- He's playing against Notre Dame: a rival and the biggest name in the college football game.
- To add further pressure, Notre Dame will probably be ranked.
- He is playing in front of 110,000 fans, all of which will be
expecting him to make plays.
- He is a true freshman. He will try to force things. Forcing a throw to our secondary, particularly Robert Blanton, is suicide.
- It is our secondary. Walls, Blanton, McNeil, McCarthy, Smith, and Sergio all kick ass.
- Jon Tenuta likes to blitz on just about every down. Forcier will be terrified, he'll panic, he'll make mistakes.
- If Notre Dame leaps to an early lead and Jimmy Clausen performs admirably (Jimmy makes some unbelievable throws), Forcier may feel the pressure to outperform him, leading to some mistakes.
