That would be nice. Also would be nice to know at what position so I can adjust my color coded musical chairs that are still left.

Lots of ATHLETE types left in this class which are confusing my projection permutations.

dilfer and mcmahon had two of the best defenses ever to help them along. rypien had a great all around team with the kind of leadership that teams nowadays can only read about from top to bottom and hostetler was in the right place at the right time with a great defense and the coaches on that staff are unbelievable. even our own CW was on that staff. but it takes a TEAM to win a superbowl. not just a great qb. marino kelly and kozar are thre really good to great qb's in the last 25 years and they never won. ok so kozar was on dallas when they won a superbowl but that hardly counts.

All great posts and thoughts here, but I tend to agree with HOOAH's post (IrishMarine) and Phork here. Individual QB's may have been "romantically" called the greatest individual ever, but the best teams have always had great team defense. Can someone prove me wrong.?

And to he that proves me wrong....um....oooh...

Jimmy is a great QB though...

He being recruited in the front seven. Most likely LB, but this is the year of the athlete. Most will be sorted out as the year goes on but i tend to list them where ND is recruiting them.

Yeah, I've seen that before. And there's still almost 15 months til they play there first Div 1 game. Lots a of eating, training, development, injuries to others, transfers, changing needs, and such in that period. Hence my statement.

And if Cooper comes to ND he'll be knocking down passes not running routes.

Could be true considering Jacksons Commitment but NotreDame still wants an elite reciever to top out the class and feel that it will eiether be McCay, Woods, Prater or Cooper. Would loveto get McCay and Cooper personally. Also the Irish are looking pretty good, as of now, in the safety department. Dion Bailey, Devon Carrington, and David Amerson are all high on the irish. Plus add in deitrich Riley and Sean Parker who like what Notre Dame has to offer. For everyone who thinks that this class will be a dissapointment, will all the names still out there who are considering Notre Dame, i still believe we get a top 10 class
