Floyd has awesome football speed and that's all that matters because it's not a track meet and 40 times without pads and running in a straight line mean nothing.
I think quickness for a WR is more important than speed because it's about making cuts and stopping and starting back up and changing direction etc. etc.
As for Oliver he seems to have very good mix of speed and quickness and I think offense he's more of a playmaker than a definitive RB or WR, just a playmaker.
