Camp hill is my neighboring town, and the school he plays for is a small catholic school. They have unreal basketball but are terrible at pretty much everything else (recruit for bball). I haven't seen him play personally but I asked people who have and they said he is just a solid athlete, playing against little boys.
Maybe they are way off and he tears it up at some camps. I also don't blame him for going to camps because you are going to get no press playing football for the school that he does. Just from what people who have seen him play tell me is that they would be shocked to ever see him play WR at a ND or Penn State.
see, that's the kind of info that is helpful. my whole point is rather than just offering a conclusion, give us some facts.
as an aside, he can't help the talent level he plays against either. one thing that the camps allow is the coaches to evaluate a player under the same tests/criteria/situations as other recruits who played against better competition.
