our kitten, Tebow, has an upper respiratory infection. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS at the vet. I now have to make a soup mixture out of medicated water mixed with $2 a can prescription cat food and feed it to him from a teaspoon every hour.

I am not a natural nurse. Sick people annoy me, let alone a cat. Especially a cat named after a SEC quarterback. and the kid that insisted it be named that is at the beach while i deal with this.

Yeah that would be me, just got back from the honeymoon...

cats dogs and rabbits can all have their moments money wise... I have four cats and one bunny... each has had it's moments but all have brought joy... that's the way I look at it

wow, i sounded really mean yesterday! I was one stressed out mama

The kitty is fine today, after being spoonfed "cat soup" and sitting in a steamy bathroom every hour all night. I still can't believe the $400 for something that doesn't weigh 4 lbs.

I think if he keeps looking better I will load him up and take him to the beach with me, after the Euro Cup final.

My cat....well isnt much of a cat anymore. Back in 06 he had a worm in his brain called a cutarebra which is 1 in a billion chances of happenning and it litterally started eating its braining. We had to take it to a special vet 2 hours away to get done what was wrong and for one year all he did was walk in a circle and he never once slept. Now he is starting to sleep again but he now weighs 25 pounds....Food is his pride and joy
