94 is pretty high, higher than both of their consensus ratings, so good.

Meredith is an extreme long shot for Notre Dame. It would have been nice to get him on campus and I hope they're able to in the future, but that's a kid that's getting a borderline blank check to stay in the south. I'm talking multi-millions. It'll be extremely difficult for ND to sway him. Luckily, he'd be a luxury but he's not necessarily a need. ND's CB recruiting is still elite without him, but I absolutely that the staff is swinging for the fences.

Given our current depth chart, i would rather invest 2027 money elsewhere. Get the 2028 Meredith

Alston and Hasan are both top 100 talents, another elite CB is really gravy, especially after last cycle.

Any buzz on this kid whose recently blown up? Pretty wild Trae Taylor, Israel Abrams, and Nawrot are all composite top 5 QBs from Chicagoland and we are after none of them. 2 are from Catholic schools before Taylor transferred.

Yes, Nawrot has been added to the list of guys that ND is actively recruiting along with Kamden Lopati and Davin Davidson. I believe that they're still talking to Champ Monds as well, but my feel is that he's down the board for ND compared to the other 3 at this point.

I have no idea how ND rank orders Nawrot, Lopati and Davidson, nor is it clear at this point where ND stands with each. Lopati appears to be the "best shot" at this point,n but I have no idea if ND will prioritize his pursuit.

They could have gotten Trae if they prioritized him. I wasn’t impressed with Nawrot’s film. Davidson is the one i want because he is high ceiling but wouldn’t intimidate a 28 star like Lawrence

Not going after Taylor or Adams was befuddling but trying to find these hidden "gems" seems to be a thing.

We have to remember: they went through a longgggg process and evaluated a ton of qbs. Originally offered two-Teddy and Peyton Houston. Teddy reclassifying changed things. Trae was committed and Israel just never happened. I still would like to see them expand the qb board (Keegan Croucher)

Think Davidson is who I want - Jarrard seems to have a very high floor and whoever the 2027 guy is is likely going to need to sit a few years. Might as well go high upside.

Yes, but they basically took a very "reserved" approached to recruiting the position this cycle because of Carr.

I would define the Teddy/Houston approach as measured. The Teddy reclassification thing is a choice...

Whoa, completely missed seeing this kid...and Hersey is 3 min walk from my house so I will have to check out a game wearing my ND gear, and Nawrot is a good Polish name, maybe i can invite the dad over for cytrynowka to seal the deal...lol

I like Gamble a lot. Very good player. I'm curious if the staff is willing to take three safeties in this class though, or if their number is two... If I was ND I'm not sure I'd take anyone else before I knew where I was with Gavin Williams, unless of course I'm willing to take 3 safeties for the 2nd class in a row. Maybe the staff views one of them as a potential nickel...

Likely to lose our top 3 safeties after this season — Schuler, Johnson and Talich. Three seems probable.
