I am assuming Zibby’s prospect will be one to watch if we are offering

Blown up recently with Georgia, Florida, LSU, PSU, Iowa, Washington and more this month.

No JR year highlights posted

All the Nigerians... You see the flag in the profile and tou make the gamble.

If a kid with this upside is the "bottom" of your class, you're recruiting correctly.
Has anyone thought to establish a DLine academy in Nigeria equivalent of Prokick Australia ?

A lot of the best Nigerian kids have enough money to make their way to USA, Canada, Germany, etc... Often very good academically and very raw, but insanely high upside.

I'm not saying that it wouldn't be valuable to start an academy over in a place like Lagos, but you get a high volume of excellent Nigerians in North America.

SOPHOMORE HIGHLIGHTS:

Not many football scholarship players from Chicago St Patrick to ND through the years

maybe Coach Zbikowski will change that

The last St Pat's player at ND was Dan Santucci -Frosh in 2002....played with Zibby at ND & is now 'President' of St Pat's

Before Santucci were a couple of St Patrick's Illinois All Staters from the '60s:

Tom Talaga End - ND Frosh class of '62
and
Bob Cotter DE-ND Frosh class of '67

More useless trivia
There was a former St Patrick's football coach who played for Rockne -Bob 'Buck' Halperin....though he transferred from ND and finished at Wisconsin

Halperin was a decorated WWII hero, US Olympic crew member (1960) & co-founder of Lands End...he also briefly played in the NFL

Southern Nigeria has much lower rates of consanguinity vs the North and neighboring countries. A dominant factor in why emigrants tend to fare much better economically and socially as a result.

I wonder if you can get that St Patricks Football shirt. Looks pretty good I'd wear that to the Green day and to St Patricks days drinking sessions and also the gym.

Kid is going to end up a 4 star. Texas, LSU, PSU, Tennessee, and Miami have offered in the last few months.

Don't care what the recruiting services think. As I said previously... All the Nigerians.

Defensively, I really like the potential of what this class could be if it all comes together. Assuming Flanigan makes the jump over to OL as expected, the following would be my preferred class, with my current "fall back" options at each position.

DE: Mekai Brown (prefered)
DE: Aiden O'Neil (fall back)

DE: Abraham Sesay (Prefered)
DE: KJ Green (fall back)

DT: Marcus Fakatou (preferered)
DT: Brayden Parks (fall back)

DT: David Folorunsho (prefered)
DT: Brayden Parks (fall back)

LB: Kaden Henderson (prefered)
LB: Brayden Feister (fall back)

LB: Amarri Irvin (committed)
LB: Roman Igwebuike (fall back)

CB: Xavier Hasan (commited)
CB: Brandon Sherrard (fall back)

CB: Joshua Dobson (prefered)
CB: Brandon Sherrard (fall back]

NB Ace Alston (commited)
NB Danny Lang (fall back)

S: Khalil Terry (committed)
S: Tavares Harrington (fall back)

S: Honor Fa'alave Johnson (prefered)
S: Tavares Harrington (fall back)

Now, it's very possible that ND takes a couple more guys in the class, which likely means that some of the guys I have listed as "fall back" still might have pertinent places in the 2027 class.

I want to see ND to load up on the D-Line because frankly there is going to be busts, injuries and transfers and if you can get top talent you take it and let the chips fall where they may. Some will think its crazy but as long as they are getting the top talent and not settling in any way then I want an 8 man DL class.

2 RDE, 2 LDE, 2 NG and 2 DT.

At this point the 2 DT's I want are Folorunsho and Fakatou

The 2 NG's are Parks and May.

As for the DE's I'm taking 4 as long as I'm not settling.
