So what, Trump has cratered approval ratings on things like the economy, who cares that DOGE has done nothing, you want to complain about foreign policy? Hah! Who needs global partners. The mass deportations that were promised are going to take place. The war in the Ukraine will end on Jan 21.

“Although ICE was aware of his protection from removal to El Salvador, Abrego Garcia was removed to El Salvador because of an administrative error,” the government told the court.

And also saying that they don't have any way of getting him back? And that Trump's "primacy in foreign affairs" is more important anyways.

Trump's lawyers said they have no power to bring Abrego Garcia back to the United States as he is now in Salvadoran custody.

Attorneys for the government are asking the court to dismiss the request on the grounds that Trump’s “primacy in foreign affairs” outweighs the interests of Abrego Garcia and his family.
