I have no idea, but it doesn't look like they need to. Honda is moving their Civic production from Mexico to the production plant in Greensburg, IN.

Looks like Trump is just using the Clinton/Obama playbook.

I have no idea
Evergreen content for you.

That's a bandaid on a bullet wound. Ford, FCA, GM all have massive stamping plants in Canada that they simply can't move that same capacity to US plants because those US plants have their own model lines they support. Many of these plants aren't universal in their utility. F150 stamping plants are different than Focus stamping plants et al. Across all companies across all model lines.

Also, if you read the article(tough, I know) the Honda production talked about here doesn't even take place until 2028...and they had to delay it from 2027 due to guess what.....having to build new lines for the production...also this is for a line of EV's.....so....without the subsidies will these even still be made?

Im gonna start charging you for wasting my time.
“I think the silver lining in all this is how do we, in our backyards — we’ve got chickens too in our backyard — how do we solve for something like this?’ Rollins said. “And people are sort of looking around thinking, “Wow, well, Maybe I can get a chicken in my backyard,’ and it’s awesome.”
