I think there's a good chance he may be Irish. He's been VERY patient thus far, and that only bodes well for us. We'll see.

Now it looks like it's official. Milton contacted Scout and told them he recieved the score he needed and that ND has offered him and that he plans on visiting next weekend.

He's says ND is pretty high on his list but that he doesn't want to jump to any conclusions untill he visits the campus and sees the coaches agian.

Right now it's looking like it'll come down to a three way battle between ND, UCLA, and Florida, with Miami and Colorado on the outside looking in.

If everything goes well next weekend I think there's an excellent chance he ends up signing with ND given how bad he wanted an offer, and his friendship with Crist, McDonald, and Clausen.

It looks like ND is in good position with Knox. The way he was speaking about the school was very positive and he didn't even visit yet. ND's campus is going to blow him away.

They rate the players based on four years from now. The people who rate the kids are pro scouts, so they are looking four years down the road. I read an article about that site.

i think wells will need to redshirt a year to put on some weight, he has the frame to add 40-50 ilbs.he also has a long wingspan like jevon kearse.what is really impressive is his offer list!i would like us to keep up the pipeline to georgia.

that's what the recruiting site had him listed at before his sr. season. he's up to 235 now, he told 1 of ND's recruiting analysts. Look at his pic that was on rivals. He's 6'5 and startin to get beefier.

Yeah he did say 235, I think that's a stretch though. Football season has only been over for a couple of months. To add 25-30 pounds of muscle in 3 months is unheard of. My bet would he is closer to 225lbs. That being said he is on the right track and I would welcome him in with open arms.

No the listing of being in the low 200's was what was most likely not correct.

Guys fudge their own height and weight numbers all the time. I know of several guys on my high school team that tried to "adjust" them a little too much to get a little more D1 attention, but if they got too carried away our coaches would make them go redo it, to at least make it close.

Haha...My school was so small that our coach would do the oposite to make us look bigger in the programs. I am about 6'1 180 and he had me listed as 6'3 195.

It's hard to go through a football season and maintain the weight you were when you started. I'm sure he probably was in the low 200's three months ago.

As for Keith wells, He is probably one of the most talented DEs on the nation. Currently, he is exactly at 6´5 221. He will add 45 pounds, he could be a great player be a great player, he has uncanny potential, beleive me. look at the ofers he has.

As for Milton Knox, he is a slow runningback compared to what we have, even slower than hughes, now, all that being said, this kid is more of a workhorse than you might think, he has an amazing led drive and can stop and cutback on a dime, I mean he can change direction with no wasted motion. Also he has a lot of power on his hips and can break takles.

not everything is about speed in football and the name of this guys game is vision, he is a great RB.

I get that. Speed is how fast you are. Cutting on a dime is a quick change of direction. Hell, I can still cut on a dime, but without speed.
