How much $/coaching titles will it take to walk away from that backfield?

Surprised TA hasn't taken a G5 oc job to progress his career. Does csu even look at him anymore with their opening every few years?

And on top of that, not knowing what kind of penalties Michigan could be facing.

This man isn't exactly known as someone that is easy and or pleasant to work with.

Haha at OSU and at Alford. Anyone that goes to Michigan I don’t want them to have success.

Reading the OSU boards, interestingly it sounds like Alford was pining to come back to ND badly this offseason. Seen that from a couple of their writers. Guessing the expectation was that McCullough was gonna get a MAC job that never came to fruition.

At OSU it seems he was kind of getting slowly demoted. He went there as an assistant HC and now he was behind Day, Kelly, and Hartline. And that's just on the offensive side of the ball.

Has he been in contention for any HC openings since he left ND? I felt like I never saw him linked to anything

Seeing as how they had zero openings this past carousel, I can see how that would end up being a problem for the best laid plans of Tony Alford and Ohio State fans.

Not really. He had at least two bites at the Colorado State apple and he's an alum. Didn't get it.

The idea that he sat down and interviewed for a job that ended up going to Steve Addazio leads me to believe that Tony Alford is very flawed candidate or Colorado State is a very flawed employer. Perhaps both.
