I feel like we lose every time these Douche Bags are in the Boothe.

Can’t stand their hatred for us.
They memorize everything about the opposing team and always try to demean our program

It's a massive giveaway that this team has phoned it in when our vaunted DL is getting absolutely trucked by one of the worst OL's in the country missing their best player.

Umm. ND dominated the last time those 2 are in the booth. McElroy is one of the best analysts in CFB.

Reminder
Hartman threw 6 TDs against a better Clemson team last year.

Hartman isn't the issue.
Notre Dame is.
Our offense is worse than Wake.
By a lot.

This issue is more than just getting a better QB.

Yes he's bad. But Notre is worse. And that's even more concerning
Hartman is the issue. There is a reason the NFL doesn’t value him. He has proven he is truly a slow mesh system QB. Play the young QBs. They cannot do much worse.

Yes, it's their fault. Not the fact that the team is awful.

I’m going to explain how dumb Marcus Freeman is with clock management.

ND in the Red Zone with 4 minutes left.
ND has 3 Timeouts.

You don’t use timeouts in offense because YOU can control the speed of play while on offense.
You save the timeouts for defense.

You try to score with 3 minutes or so left. Then you use timeouts on defense to get the ball back & try to get points before half.

Instead, ND used 30-35 seconds on the playclock between each play AFTER RUNNING PLAYS.

Even if you settle for a FG, after 3 sped up plays, you can use your timeouts & get the ball back with 2 minutes to go and get more points.

You put pressure on Clemson.

If ND used the clock properly & got to Halftime down 24-16, with all the momentum, they win this game.

You cannot waste so much time with the control of the clock when you have the ball.
You dictate the speed when on offense, & use timeouts in defense to dictate speed.
High School coaches know that.

Not worried about the NFL. Hartman was highly productive when he had capable receivers.

Hartman crumbles under pressure. Our offensive line as a whole isn't as great as usual this year in protection. Thomas and Evans are out, two of our most important skill players. Greathouse seems to have hit his freshman wall, bad body language. Rico is trying but limited. Tyree is lucky his mistake only cost three points, but he's still our most explosive threat right now outside of our backfield. This receiving core today is miles behind what Sam had at wake. The removal of slow mesh makes him deal with the pass rash more, and the receivers can't get open downfield. Concerning but these problems are being magnified today without 83 and 88.

Nah, Hartman is VERY MUCH the issue.

Dude has missed several open looks and threw an absolute dog pick that opened this game up.

The plays have been there and he's missed them almost every single time.

I expected 9-3 or 10-2 against a tough schedule. Once I realized ND would have zero ranked wins, anything less than 10 wins & NY6 is a disappointment. Are you saying you didn’t expect more at this point in the season?
No I didn’t. I always had this as the #2 hardest game. Clemson at Death Valley is very, very tough. Look up their home record Dodger.

Based on what we've seen, what gives you confidence we can drive the ball 70 yards in 30 seconds?

Probably just as likely there's a pick six.

The receivers are getting open. The looks are there.

Hartman has missed them repeatedly. He repeatedly misses on easier throws to more open looks in favor of lower percentage throws. He's done that much of the year and especially so today.
