He would be a tough pull from Michigan. He hasn't taken a visit yet and hasn't been offered yet. The visit thing will be next to impossible because the only open weekend he has(wrestling) is the 11th which he'll be taking a visit the UM. Charlie won't extend an offer this late unless he knows we'll get him. So if that happens it would be a good sign. He has recently met with RR and reaffirmed his commitment to UM.

Yes I think Charlie and Corwin must be confident in pulling him in. It would be pointless to throw offers around at this point if they weren't confident. That's why Perry didn't get one.

Things seem to be looking better and better for ND's chances with Mike. From what he's telling reporters he's trying to set up an official visit to ND either tonight or tomorrow and it'll most likely take place the weekend to the 18th, or 24th.

I hope so, if not though I can respect his choice it's not like he's going to SC of Florida instead... Michigan is a fine public school that tires to do things the right way... I don't like Michigan but certainly respect them... BUT

So far Mike's contact with ND has mostly been throught Cowin Brown and Jonas Gray. He hope to be able to meet/talk to Carlie soon and it's looking like he'll be visiting on the weekend of the 25th/26th.

If the visit goes well I think ND has a real shot here. Kind of like that girl you onced liked comming back to tell you that she like you now. It really go either way, you go out with her, or you may have already moved on and put those feelings behind you. But the fact that he's wanting to visit is a good sign in my eyes and I think having Jonas as friend who went through a similar situation helps too.

OMG!!!! This kid is the real deal. I think he has more skills than Omar. His burst is just freakin awesome. He plays with alot of ANGER!!! I always like kids with a good wrestling background because they understand balance and leverage. IF we get this kid, nobody will be missing Omar one bit. The other thing that this makes me realize again, is the fact that if ND can get a local kid with similar skills and talent to a southern boy, go for the local kid. Look at the losses over the last two years. Little, Little, Omar all were southern boyz who spurned us in the end to stay close to home. If we offered this kid back 6 months ago, he would be in the fold and Omar would never have been an issue.
