We won't go after Tate. I guarantee it.
Just saw this on ESPN, Lugenbill (sp?) updated his rankings. I don't care about his rankings so much as this little tidbit.
22 verbal commitments, 10 ESPN 150 prospects
The latest: Whispers are that one-time Nebraska commit ESPN 150 RB Jonas Gray (Pontiac, Mich./Detroit Country Day) may change his mind once again with Michigan making a late push, though Charlie Weis won't let him go without a fight.
and for him to be so gung ho at the all-star game about ND and then to turn around and say no way i can't see that happening. he seems like a pretty stand up kid to pull a fast one on charlie & co.
Honestly I don't think we do anything but add to this class from here on out. I just happened to run across this and figured I would post it for a little more insight from people on here. Given the source I have my doubts to begin with.
lolKey word here is kid! It would not surprise me one bit espeically with all the young talent we already have at running back! The attraction of immediate palying time and playing in the spread offense with Pryor for (4) years will be hard to compete with if this is true!!!!

I'm calling BS on this one. He already had a late offer from Michigan before ND ever offered and he turned them down. Plus he has been one of ND's most active recruiters.
Michigan probably has contacted him but I highly doubt anything will come of it. IMO this is probably being played up to increase subscriptions before NSD.
